Increase effective communication with learners with easy-to-use video conferencing, messaging, notifications, and announcements.
Extend your reach - bringing the training to the learner rather than the learner to the training.
Your Inspiro LMS supports video conferencing and webinars on mobiles and tablets.
Multiple Channels of Communication
Inspiro LMS provides a convenient environment for collaboration between users using tools such as groups, chats, wikis, forums, virtual classrooms and web conferencing. These collaboration tools can be used privately in a course or within a group whose members span a common course. Instructors can enable or disable these options on a per-course basis.
Additionally, Inspiro LMS can easily accommodate third party chat tools, such as Zendesk chat, so you can have live conversations with your learners.
Sitewide and Course Blogs
Blogs allow you to create informal or formal collaboration spaces at a course or site level. You can create an unlimited amount of posts which can contain video, audio, images, text and any type of attachment you like.
In addition, you can also pin, and like posts to ensure the best information is easily accessible.
When gamification is active, contributing to blogs can also earn points for a learner.
Learner notification center
Learners can stay up-to-date with the Learner Notification Centre.
From here learners can see:
A timetable of upcoming due dates, or expired dates,
An integrated calendar,
Messages sent directly to them from the administrator, manager or fellow employees.
Notifications can also be set per course and sent via email, SMS text, or as a system notification.
Virtual Classrooms and Webinars
Inspiro LMS integrates with a number of virtual classroom solutions such as BigBlueButton which is one of the most well known and well used Open Source Virtual Classroom and Webinar tools in schools and universities.
For Cambodian organizations such as schools, non-profits, universities and businesses with locations across the country, this is one of the most powerful pieces of the Inspiro LMS. You are no longer restricted to classroom-based training. Learners can be anywhere - all they need is a smart device, such as a tablet or smart mobile phone, and an Internet connection - and they can participate in a virtual classroom training event or webinar. Even more beneficial is that the sessions can be recorded so learners can replay the session at their convenience - particularly useful if training is done in English and this is not the learner's native language so watching the training again helps students better absorb the materials that were presented.
BigBlue Button is tailor-made for teachers BigBlueButton enables you to share your audio, slides, chat, video, and desktop with students.
Built-in polling makes it easy to engage students and recording your lectures means that you can make them available for later review.
Live whiteboard for presenters and groups When using the whiteboard tool in BigBlueButton, annotations are automatically displayed back to the students in real-time.
Presenters also have the ability to zoom, highlight, draw and write on presentations making your points clearer to remote students.
Everyone can share a webcam
There is no limit on the number of webcams you can share in a session (only limited by bandwidth).
